How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
Introduction: If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your contract with
Concept2 Deutschland GmbH within 30 days without providing any reason. This article outlines
the steps to exercise this right and the consequences of withdrawal.
Timeframe:
You have 30 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) receive the last item
of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Notification:
Inform Concept2 Deutschland GmbH of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You can do
this by sending a clear statement via post or email.

Return of Goods:
Send back the goods promptly and no later than 14 days from the day you notify Concept2 of
your withdrawal. The return address is the same as above. Concept2 can provide a return label
for the goods. Please send a request to info@concept2.de
Consequences of Withdrawal:
Refund:
Concept2 will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for
additional costs if you chose a different delivery method than the standard one offered by
Concept2).
The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the initial
transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.
The refund may be withheld until Concept2 receives the returned goods or you provide proof of
returning them, whichever is earlier.
Condition of Returned Goods:
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond
what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
General Tips:
Avoid damaging or contaminating the goods.
Return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and components.
